Delivery Policy

We aim to ship your order to you as soon as possible, within our business hours, however, we will always aim to do it as soon as possible outside our business hours as well.  You shouldn't have to wait for too long, as your parcel will be sent first class via Royal Mail.  Delivery of phones and tablets are free, however all accessories have a small delivery fee which can be seen on each item when you purchase it.  In other words all orders OVER £25 IS FREE.

Warranty

We provide you with a 3 Month Warranty on all phones and tablets free.  This covers your for a number of things!  Please email us if you need information about returning an item (or see directly above) and if your item is covered in our warranty.

The things not included in Ontaria Mobile’s warranty include:

  1.  Physical Damage

  2.  Liquid damage

  3.  Any damage cause by jailbreaking or rooting a device

  4.  Removable covers

  5.  Items such as batteries that degenerate over time, will only be covered for 30 days

  6.  Faulty installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, abuse, physical damage, alteration, failures or damage from accidents.

  7.  ONTARIA MOBILE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY DEVICE A WARRANTY IF APPROPRIATE.

If you are returning a device to us, then please ensure that all personal data is wiped, and the device is restored to factory settings.  Ontaria Mobile LLP will not be responsible for loss of data.
